Photograph taken from behind a large seated audience inside an orange and red tent at a Kumbh Mela camp. Many devotees in rows sit on green mats facing a raised golden stage with a decorated peetha and a golden deity murti or framed image of deities above. A figure in orange robes sits on the central seat, flanked by ritual lamps and a golden canopy. Seated devotees wear white kurtas, striped shirts, brown and grey sweater vests, shawls and a purple salwar. A bald man in white dhoti sits at the left edge. A camera operator and sound equipment stand on the right. A banner hangs at the front. Visible people number in the dozens, so the count falls in the 21-100 range.
