Outdoor shrine under dense green trees at a temple site. A black stone deity murti seated on a pedestal within a white carved arch, draped in a pink cloth with a yellow-and-orange marigold garland and a green cloth backdrop. Before it, a large heap of red kumkum-coated offerings and small clay pots. A single standing person, seen from behind with long dark hair, wears a red and white dhoti-style garment with a red shawl over one shoulder and a bare upper back, facing the shrine across a dark reflective tiled walkway. Hanging aerial roots and a banyan-like tree frame the scene.

He is bare-chested, wearing a peach-coloured dhoti and a matching draped shawl edged in gold, with a beaded necklace and gold armlet. Before him is a black stone deity murti seated in a white arched niche, draped with a red cloth and garlanded with yellow and red flowers, with a green backdrop behind it. A large heap of red offerings lies in front of the shrine among trees and dry ground. The man's appearance with long hair, gold adornments and draped peach clothing is a compatible presentation, so this may be a person, shown in devotional prayer before the deity.2011-11-20
