Outdoor construction site beside a small temple with a colourful gopuram-style tower and a blue-painted entrance. Two workers dig through reddish-brown earth and rubble with tools; one wears a red head cloth and dark shorts, the other a pink shirt and dark trousers. A mound of excavated soil and broken bricks fills the foreground. A red banner over the temple door reads in Tamil. To the right, a white arched structure with a dark black-framed plaque stands beside an open doorway. A red scooter is parked at left behind a metal fence.
