A black statue draped in orange cloth with a garland sits on a silver-framed arch, its base piled with red-orange kumkum-coated stones. A large black serpent with white dots coils around the base. Two people in white ritual clothes stand before it: a woman in white with an orange shawl holds a small lamp, and a man in white with a yellow shawl and rudraksha-style necklace stands with palms joined in namaskar. A white-clad figure lies prostrate on the ground in the foreground, indicating padapuja-style worship. Two physical people are standing plus one prostrate, making three people in total.2009-10-31September 24 20112011-09-24July 08 20102010-07-08Outdoor photo at a shaded shrine beneath a broad tree. A black stone deity murti dressed in orange cloth with a marigold garland stands on a pedestal, with a red-painted base and a black-and-white dotted serpent body coiled around it. In the foreground a man in white dhoti and an orange shawl holds up a small lamp or bell while facing the murti. Beside him a younger man in a white kurta and yellow shawl stands with palms pressed together in namaskar. The path is sandy, with a silver-framed arch at the left edge.2009-10-31October 21 20112011-10-21July 08 20102010-07-08September 09 20112011-09-09June 24 20112011-06-24
