October 30 20162016-10-30October 30 20162016-10-30Night procession on a dirt path lit by street lamps, with a crowd of devotees around. In the centre a figure in orange robes with a long rudraksha mala walks with hands folded; he has long dark hair and a sandal-coloured sash. Flanking him, shaven-headed sannyasis in saffron robes with rudraksha malas hold hands in a dancing line, while men in white dhotis with gold borders, red-bordered cloths and rudraksha malas move alongside. Onlookers in white shirts and saris watch from the sides.2011-11-09November 21 20102010-11-21May 21 20122012-05-21March 10 20132013-03-10March 10 20132013-03-10Night procession on a town street lit by warm street lamps and shop lights. Five monastic men in saffron-orange robes with gold borders walk together, most wearing rudraksha malas and gold pendants. The man second from left has long swept-back hair, a white forehead mark, a gold pendant and bangles and appears to be the central figure; the a person (his cues: long swept-back hair, ornate gold necklace and saffron clothing), but the face and build are not clearly confirmed. Behind them, white-clad devotees and a woman in a red sari follow in the procession.2012-05-20Night procession scene lit by a flaming torch held at the left edge. A central figure with long, swept-back dark hair wears a saffron-orange robe, a leopard-print shawl over the shoulders and a long dark rudraksha mala, and holds a hand drum (damaru-style frame drum) at waist level. He appears to be Swamiji (probable) based on the long hair, saffron robe, rudraksha mala and leopard-print shawl; a man in white kurta with a sling bag stands beside him facing away, and other people in white and orange clothing surround them. Behind, a golden kalasha-style finial and a trident are visible, and a few devotees in orange saris watch and photograph.2010-11-19May 21 20122012-05-21February 17 20162016-02-17 +1 copiesMay 21 20122012-05-21
