Night view of a illuminated temple pool at the Jayanti Brahmotsavam celebration. On the left, a tall dark black Shivalinga stands in the water with a fountain spraying upward and a bright spotlight at its base. Strings of multicoloured lights in red, orange, green and white line the pool's stepped embankment and the far wall. Around fifteen devotees in white and yellow-green garments stand in a cluster along the steps near the water's edge. Reflections of orange and yellow lights shimmer on the dark water.
