Photograph of a partially built three-storey concrete block building under construction, with exposed grey cinder blocks, window openings, and a tall bamboo scaffold lashed against the front facade. In the foreground, two small children play on a large mound of sand, one in an orange top and pink shorts standing near a rope, the other in a light shirt beside them. A concrete mixer drum sits at the lower left beside the sand pile, and a few other workers are faintly visible near the building base.
