Evening outdoor ritual photographed from behind a man in the foreground, wearing a brown wrapped headpiece, a bare-shouldered tan cloth and a beaded necklace, holding a tall metal staff with his right hand. In the background a second person in a dark headwrap pours from a brass vessel, with a tall flame rising and a garland of red and orange flowers draped over the altar. A small oil lamp burns on the lower ledge beside scattered petals. Behind them a crowd of devotees stands under palm trees, and a laptop screen on a table shows a mountain landscape. The photo appears to show a fire or aarti offering during an evening ceremony.
