Women cooking in an outdoor kitchen under a patterned cloth canopy at night. A woman in a bright yellow sari stands at a large cooking pot on an open fire, stirring with a long ladle while steam rises. Another woman in a white sari with a yellow border stands nearby, and a woman in a green sari stands at the right edge. Two women in colourful saris crouch at the left, working near a stack of steel vessels. Big aluminium and steel pots, a basket of leafy greens, jars of spices, and a blue plastic drum fill the foreground. The scene appears to be community food preparation for a large gathering.
