Night photograph of an outdoor event ground lit by a bright floodlight and strings of small bulbs, with palm fronds hanging in the foreground. Rows of red and white plastic chairs are stacked and arranged beside a white cloth-draped barrier edged with banana plants and bamboo. Two or three men in light shirts stand among the chairs, one arranging seating. A large banner with a portrait and printed lettering is visible on a stand near the floodlight, and an illuminated stage area lies beyond. The scene is preparation for an evening gathering.
