Several large aluminium and steel pots, some with lids and one with a long ladle resting on it, sit on the red-earth ground beside a dirt bank and bamboo poles. Steam rises from the pots. Two or three workers stand at the pots wearing headcloths and lungis, one stirring a pot with a long paddle, and a person in a dark top stirs another in the background. Scattered debris and a few plastic bits lie on the paved floor. Orange cloth hangs from a pole at the top of the bank. This appears to be food preparation for annadan, a community meal.2012-11-27Outdoor kitchen at a temple-side cooking area where three men prepare food in large aluminium pots over a fire.
