A photograph of an outdoor food distribution, a annadan, beside a thatched hut. Two volunteers in green hairnets and one older man in orange robes stand behind a metal railing at a raised food stall, serving rice from pots to a crowd. Several people reach forward with hands and plates, including a man in a pink t-shirt reading "This is just the beginning!" and a man in a striped shirt. A large orange-and-white banner shows a smiling man with an orange turban and orange robes, presumably a portrait of the Swamiji, labelled with Tamil text. The man in orange robes at the stall is a volunteer rather than an identifiable Swamiji figure.
