Outdoor flag-hoisting on an open lawn under heavy grey clouds. A figure in an orange robe with an orange head wrap and a white flower garland pulls the rope of a tall white flagpole, looking up as a white flag rises and pink petals scatter in the air. Around them, men in white shirts and white dhotis stand with palms pressed together in namaste, and one man in a blue checked shirt stands near the pole. Trees and a building line the background. The orange-robed figure may be a candidate for a person, but the appearance cues are not distinctive enough to confirm.
