Outdoor procession along a roadside, with a dirt shoulder and a red dump truck in the background. Two large decorated palanquin-style carts with white canopies trimmed in purple fringe and red edging lead the crowd, with flower garlands and colourful floral decorations on the carts. A central figure in a saffron-orange robe, with a saffron head covering, orange beaded necklaces and a long sweeping cloth, walks at the front, flanked by people in orange and white. Men and women in white dhotis, white shirts and white sarees walk alongside; drummers in red and yellow garments play a drum, and a man holds a long stick. Saffron flags with a blue bird emblem are carried, and a woman in a yellow saree and another in pink walk along. The scene suggests a ritual procession.
