A photograph of a blue outdoor banner hung from a pole among green trees, with a few people's heads visible at the bottom edge. The banner is a Tamil-language notice from a government employment and training office in Tiruvannamalai, with a small framed portrait of a bald, bare-chested seated man with a white cloth in the top left corner. Red and white logos sit in the middle of the banner, and a handwritten-style sticker gives the date 01-08-2008. The lower part of the banner shows the text of a health and fitness-style programme.
