Several young boys in saffron-orange cloth and rudraksha mala necklaces play large barrel drums with wooden sticks during a performance. Their faces bear white vibhuti markings on the forehead and they wear ear studs and beaded bracelets. Behind them, more boys raise curved gold-coloured horns above red drapery, and adult men in white and blue shirts sit at the left edge watching. The drums have woven rattan rims and cowhide heads.
