A nine-panel video-conference grid shows participants in multiple locations performing a seated yoga practice, bending forward on mats and cushions. Visible signs read UK, RIO DE JANEIRO, GUADELOUPE, FRANCE, PARIS DAKSHINESWAR KALIGH and KASTAV CROATIA, with a framed portrait and flowers on a small altar in one room. Participants wear white clothing, and some wear pink or purple. One panel shows a figure in orange robes bending forward at the bottom right. The screen is a photograph of a monitor, so the people shown on it are not physically present.
