Outdoor evening ceremony beside a large carved wooden or copper-toned kalasha-style vessel draped with yellow and pink flower garlands. A bald man in saffron-orange robes with a gold-bordered shawl holds a gold ceremonial plate with both hands toward the vessel. Behind him a second man in a yellow dhoti with a gold border and a red tilak on his forehead stands watching. Palm trees and a dark night sky form the backdrop, with a white rope on the right side. Possible a person candidate, but the appearance is not distinctive enough to confirm. Copyright and source text overlays are present in the lower right corner.

A man in a yellow-green dhoti and shawl, with long dark hair, a red forehead mark, beaded necklaces and a bell-metal ring-lamp, stands at the kalasha holding a lit oil lamp in one hand and a bell in the other. A bare-chested priest in orange cloth stands nearby, and a person in white is behind him. Palm trees frame the scene, and a camera is visible at the lower right. The man has distinctive long hair, a crown-like adornment, and ceremonial garlands, so the appearance label applies with a probable identification of a person.2010-12-20November 29 20112011-11-29December 20 20102010-12-20December 20 20102010-12-20December 20 20102010-12-20A photograph of a wooden ceremonial chariot or palanquin-style shrine decorated with yellow and pink flower garlands, lit at night with palm fronds behind.
