A dense crowd of seated devotees, many with palms pressed together in anjali or raised hands, fills a white-walled temple hall. Rows of white marble deity murtis wearing red and orange turbans and gold ornaments stand on a dark tiered shelf behind them. Gold and brass decorations, a golden chair-shaped seat and a gold-paneled door appear at right. Several devotees wear white kurtas and saris, others red and green, and a few wear rudraksha malas and red wrist threads. A small statue is adorned with a garland.
