Outdoor photo of a crowd at a dusty, unpaved ground beside a construction-style hillside and brick buildings. Many men in white t-shirts with blue lanyards and light trousers stand around three large blue plastic drums, tossing and splashing water from buckets and containers; water sprays into the air and a green hose lies on the ground. Some bystanders in orange and saffron garments and white clothing watch at the edges, along with a few women and children in colourful dresses. Parked vehicles, trucks and a white van sit in the background among trees and a utility pole. The scene is a water-splashing activity with a playful, energetic mood.
