Many men in white shirts and blue t-shirts, some with rudraksha-style malas, raise their arms and hands in the air. Women in white saris with yellow borders stand near tall blue plastic drums at right, and a green hose runs across the ground. Several people appear to be walking through the middle of the crowd. A tent canopy and vehicles appear in the background.
