Night photograph of an outdoor procession ground lit by bright floodlights and small coloured lights. A large decorated wheeled chariot with a tiered canopy and dark cloth sits at right, and a smaller canopied structure stands near it. Crowds of people in mostly white clothing fill the middle ground beside a green-and-white chain-link fence hung with green leafy garlands. Coloured umbrellas and a lit stage area appear in the background, with smoke drifting at left.
