A long, single-storey whitewashed concrete-block building with a corrugated metal roof stands on a bare, reddish-brown dirt site strewn with rubble, broken bricks, stones and wooden planks. Several barred or shuttered windows line the wall. A small red-and-yellow flag flies from a pole on the roof's left end, and coconut palms and a tree stand behind it under a clear sky. At the right, a single worker in white shirt and dark trousers crouches among the debris, apparently clearing or working on the ground.
