A tall, ornate copper-coloured flagstaff rises from a white plinth, wrapped with yellow and orange garlands at its base. A red-orange flag is being raised on ropes. Beside it, a figure in orange robes stands at the base of the pole, and several people in orange and saffron clothing gather on the right near a decorated structure with red and gold trim. A small umbrella with colourful panels shades part of the group. A pink flowering tree stands at the right edge.2009-02-23March 26 20082008-03-26March 23 20082008-03-23March 23 20082008-03-23Night photograph of a tall, ornate copper flagstaff, its surface chased with carved panels and knobs, rising from a white stepped plinth in an open courtyard.
