A photograph of a ceremony in a shallow water pool lined with red tiered stone seating. On a decorated golden throne under a canopy with yellow fringe, a figure in orange robes and a red-and-orange garland sits on a red cushion, surrounded by flower garlands and marigold arches. A group of men in white dhotis and yellow sashes, some bare-chested, lift a man in orange robes overhead while others wade in the water with raised hands. Ritual activity is focused around the throne and a deity murti decorated with garlands on the left.

A seated figure with long dark hair wears an orange-saffron garment and sits on an ornate gold throne with red cushions, beneath a yellow canopy and under a decorated arch of white, red and yellow flowers and garlands. A small deity murti stands at the left of the throne. Around the water, many men in white ritual clothing and yellow shawls stand waist-deep, reaching upward; two men in orange-saffron robes are lifted and embraced by others, and many hands are raised toward the throne. The scene suggests a ceremonial abhishekam or devotional gathering in water. The seated figure matches the Swamiji (probable) description with long hair and saffron clothing, and the page notes his presence at this event.2010-10-17A photograph of a ritual in shallow water at a stepped tank, with red stone steps behind.
