A seated figure on a golden throne-like peetha under a decorated canopy wears an orange shawl and a red floral garland, with flower-draped arch and a small deity murti at the side. Many men in white dhotis and white shirts with yellow sashes surround the throne, some reaching up with hands raised; one man in an orange-red robe is lifted or supported in the water near the right. The scene is festive, with marigold and red flower decorations and offerings.
