Close-up photo of a bronze-coloured standing statue of a bare-chested male figure with short hair, raised right palm and calm smiling face, set against a deep red velvet curtain. A human hand with a yellow bangle rests on the statue's forehead, performing a blessing or abhishekam-style gesture. The statue is a sculpted image, not a living person, and no printed text is visible.

KAILASA SEATTLE, USA on 9/19/20212021-09-19A gilded statue of a bare-chested sage stands before deep red velvet drapes, with a red bindi-like mark and a small orange tilak on its forehead and a vibhuti-marked brow. Its right hand is raised in abhaya mudra. In the foreground, a man in a black face mask and a beaded necklace reaches toward the statue's face, while a woman with dark hair, partly visible at the bottom, watches. The scene suggests a puja or abhishekam being performed on a golden murti.2021-09-19KAILASA SEATTLE, USA on 9/19/20212021-09-19KAILASA SEATTLE, USA on 9/19/20212021-09-19KAILASA SEATTLE, USA on 9/19/20212021-09-19Photo 99214802022-07-12 +1 copiesKAILASA HOUSTON, USA on 7/12/20222022-07-12 +1 copiesA bare-chested priest in a white dhoti with white sacred ash stripes on his arms and chest stands beside a large polished golden metal statue of a standing figure in a jeweled waist cloth, one hand raised in blessing. The priest wears a black face mask, a beaded necklace, and holds a small brass bell in his right hand while touching the statue's arm, performing a ritual in front of a deep red velvet curtain. At the right edge a colourful embroidered banner with red, green and blue patterns hangs. The statue is a depiction and the priest is the only physical person visible, so no in-person a person candidate is shown.2021-09-19Photo 99229832022-07-12 +1 copiesPhoto 82901482022-07-12 +1 copiesKAILASA HOUSTON, USA on 7/12/20222022-07-12 +1 copiesPhoto 82910332022-07-12 +1 copies
