In the foreground a figure seen from behind, with long dark braided hair and a red-and-green flower garland on the head, sits on a red mat and extends an arm holding a long white stream of water in a rope-like arc. Nearby, a group of children and adults in orange and saffron clothing and colourful dresses stand around a blue hose and a large metal drum, many spraying or splashing water. On the left a cameraman with a tripod films while people in white and black stand watching. A wooden frame with a hanging bell or pot stands at the right.
