Indoor photo of a seated figure with long dark hair tied in a bun, wearing a tiger-striped garment and a long necklace of white beads with a rudraksha-style mala, sitting on a striped cloth and smiling toward a kneeling man in a white short-sleeved shirt and brown trousers who bends forward to greet them. Behind them a woman in a red-and-cream sari and an older person in red stand nearby, and a woman in a white sari with a name badge stands at right. A small lamp with offerings sits on a red cloth at left, and a white cooling unit and dark curtains fill the room. Several people are visible, and a fire glows in a window at the top left.

The figure has a white-marked forehead and hair in a topknot; the swept hair, ornate attire and malas are cues consistent with the candidate, so this is a person blessing a devotee. Behind them, women in saris and an attendant stand near a red curtain, with an oil lamp and offerings on a red cloth in the lower left.2013-01-11A photograph of a seated man with long dark hair tied back, wearing a tiger-striped garment, a white shell-bead necklace and a dark rudraksha-style mala, receiving a long reddish-brown beaded mala from a kneeling devotee in a white shirt and white dhoti. Behind them, a woman in a rust sari with a rudraksha mala stands beside a golden deity murti, and a few women and a young girl in a blue top watch from the back.
