A photograph of an abhishekam being performed on a golden bhikshatanamurthy deity murti, a figure of a kneeling/standing ascetic holding a large ornate bowl overhead. Liquid is poured over the figure from a vessel held by a priest whose forearm bears white sacred ash markings, and milky liquid streams down past the figure's bangles and waist cloth. Golden pillars and carved gilded panels form the background, and a caption at the bottom reads Bhikshatanamurthy Abhishekam / Nithyanandeshwara Paramashiva Brahmorsavam - Day 8.
