He wears heavy gold necklaces, a rudraksha mala with brown beads, and red-brown bracelets on both wrists, with a leopard-print cloth draped over his shoulders. Beside him, a silver staff with a twisted shaft rises and a hand holds a dark pole at the right edge. The setting is outdoors in bright daylight. Candidate appearance-based identity: a person, with long hair under the turban, orange clothing, rudraksha and gold necklaces as cues; the page does not state he is present at this event.2016-04-22A procession scene on a golden palanquin-style throne cart with a gilded hooded-cobra canopy and carved lion and bird figures. A central seated figure wears a rust-orange turban, orange robes, a long white-and-gold beaded necklace and rudraksha-style beads, and holds his hands together in his lap. Colourful tasselled umbrellas in yellow, red, purple and white hang overhead. Around the cart, attendants in orange and saffron cloth, one bare-chested with beaded necklaces, sit or stand, and a man in a pink-and-white striped shirt is seated at left. A red flag is in the foreground and a bare tree stands behind. The seated figure's appearance is not clearly distinctive enough to confirm identity from clothing alone, so his identity is left unsure.2016-04-22April 22 20162016-04-22
