On the right, a bald man in dark red and gold-bordered robes with rudraksha beads and a wrist band stands with palms pressed together in greeting. Several other men in red and orange robes with saffron-gold borders, some with wrapped shoulder cloths and beaded malas, stand or stoop in a line. A teenage boy in plain orange robes stands center. Seated at the lower left is an older woman in white with a red shawl and glasses, and a woman in a dark outfit is partly visible at the bottom. Behind them is a board of small framed portrait photographs of many people.2015-05-23July 02 20142014-07-02 +1 copiesJuly 02 20142014-07-02 +1 copiesA photograph inside a bright tiled hall with barred windows, showing a group of about 20 people gathered around a large brass oil lamp (aarti lamp) with a flame, on a floor decorated with small colourful rangoli dots. A woman in a black top and patterned sari stands with her back to the camera at the lower left, and a man in white dhoti and shirt stands at the left edge. Several men wear saffron/orange robes; one has a long-haired appearance with orange shawl and beads, and another in saffron wears a large gold-coloured beaded necklace. A man at the right wears a gold brocade shawl over white clothes with hands joined in greeting, and several men wear white shirts and dhotis. The scene suggests a lamp-lighting welcome ceremony, with the saffron-clad figure in the centre-right appearing as a person candidate based on long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha-style beads, though the appearance is not certain.2008-01-14September 16 20152015-09-16 +1 copiesAugust 09 20072007-08-09August 27 20142014-08-27 +1 copiesJuly 02 20142014-07-02 +1 copiesMarch 13 20132013-03-13
