A golden Ganesha murti is being bathed in an abhishekam. Two arms, bare-skinned, extend in from the left, one hand tipping a gold vessel from which water pours in a stream over the deity's head and trunk. The Ganesha figure has a raised trunk, large ears, a crown-like headdress and multiple arms holding objects. Behind it stands an ornate gilded wooden structure with a lattice of small blue-glass panels, and a deep red curtain hangs at left. No full person is visible, only the forearms and hands of the officiant.
