A seated man in a white short-sleeved t-shirt and khaki trousers twists his torso on a dark brown yoga mat, hands planted behind him on the floor. Metal dumbbells stand on the cream tiled floor beside him. Other participants sit on pink and blue mats at the top of the frame, and a red mat lies at the right edge.
