Outdoor view of a pale cream multi-storey residential block with balconies and rooftop water tanks, set behind a rustic bamboo fence on dry dirt ground. Strings of small triangular pennant flags in purple, pink, yellow and blue stretch across the grey sky above. At right, a green metal gate frame is decorated with colourful pinwheel-style paper flowers. Parked cars and small figures are at the base of the buildings, with a few trees and open land around.
