A photograph of a dry, dusty construction site with bare earth and scattered stones in front of a row of pale yellow-cream multi-storey residential blocks with green-framed windows and small balconies. A small purple circular emblem with a white bird sits on the left building wall. Three people stand on the open ground: one in a white dress with an orange-red shawl and a carried bag, and two men in white shirts and dark trousers. A white car is parked at the far left edge.
