Outdoors at a medical camp, a group of villagers gathers at a table draped in gold-yellow fabric beneath a white banner reading "Dhyanapeetam Bengaluru" in blue lettering. A man in a blue-and-white checked shirt stands at left, a younger man in a white dhoti with a bare upper body leans forward in the middle, another man in a cream checked shirt and grey trousers bends in, and a woman in a yellow sari with floral print stands at right near a folded paper form. A tree trunk and parked car sit behind them, with a blue water tank on a building.

The banner shows a smiling man in an orange turban and carries the printed name Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam and Tamil text, a portrait caption rather than a physical person. Beneath it a woman in a white coat and a woman in a green sari sit at a table with medicine boxes and packets. Men in white shirts and dhotis, and a man in a striped shirt, stand and sit in the crowd in front of the table, with an elderly man in the foreground. The banner is a printed portrait, so it does not count as a physical person.2012-01-03
