Outdoor procession scene under a pale blue sky. Large red flags with gold-coloured borders stand on poles in the foreground, and one flag bears a faint printed figure. Strings of small triangular pennants in pink, purple, light blue and green stretch across the frame between poles and overhead wires. At left, a small open-sided vehicle with a grey roof carries several people, including a man in a red and white checked shirt and others in dark clothing, while bare branches and green leaves frame the upper left. Bare-branched trees and power lines cross the sky.
