A festival procession crowded with ornate decorated parasols on poles, several in red and gold brocade with mirrored and silver-tasselled trim, plus one orange parasol with gold floral pattern at lower right. Red pennant flags flutter in the foreground against a clear blue sky. Behind the umbrellas, a crowd of people walks among pink and white tent canopies and a white vehicle, under a sunny sky with trees on the horizon. No single person is clearly in focus.
