A photograph of a long-haired man in white dhoti and shawl with rudraksha malas and beaded bracelets, seated on a red cushion and placing his right hand on the forehead of a kneeling man in a dark navy t-shirt. The kneeling man has his hands raised in receptive gesture. Behind them a woman in a green sari stands near a window and a man in white stands at right. A red-and-gold box with white offerings sits at lower left. The seated man appears to be a probable Swamiji by appearance, with long swept-back hair, rudraksha malas and ceremonial adornments, giving blessing to a devotee in a darshan setting.

A red cushion and a low wooden box with small offerings sit in the lower left, and a person in a maroon garment is partly visible at the edge. He leans forward with arms extended, smiling, toward a younger man in a dark grey t-shirt who sits close to him with his palms raised toward the guide's hands in a gesture of connection. A red cushion or throne sits behind the seated man, with a bright window and pale wall in the background. Another person's head is partly visible at the lower right edge. The seated figure sits on a red cushioned seat with an orange cloth nearby, and a small red-lined box of white items sits in the lower left. Behind them, a few seated and standing people in green and white attire are visible. The scene suggests a blessing or initiation moment in a light-walled hall.
