A photograph of devotees working outdoors beneath a large banyan tree with many aerial roots and dense green foliage. A man in an orange dhoti-style wrap bends forward, digging soil with a long-handled hoe, while another man in orange beside him works nearby. A woman in a dark red sari holds a digging tool and stands on freshly turned red earth. Other women in orange and green saris, and a woman in an orange sari with gold border crouched at right, work or watch among the group. Several other devotees stand in the background among the tree trunks. The red soil mound and loosened earth suggest a planting or clearing activity at the tree.
