Outdoor flood relief distribution in a dusty street in front of a pink brick building with barred doors. A green tarpaulin-covered truck is loaded with white sacks and boxes, and two men in the truck bed pass goods down. A man in a light blue shirt and a man in a red cap hand out a cardboard carton while a crowd of men in white dhotis and shirts, one with a yellow-brown cloth draped over his shoulder, gathers around the tailgate. Several people stand or sit in the background near the building, and a woman in dark clothing is partly visible at the left edge.
