Outdoor relief distribution in a dusty street in front of a pink tiled multi-storey building with barred windows. A green canvas-covered truck is open at the back, with two men inside lifting white sacks and cartons. A crowd of men surrounds the truck: a man in a red cap and beige shirt, men in white shirts and white dhotis, and a man in a light blue shirt and dark trousers handing out a small bag. A young man in front in a striped shirt looks toward the camera. Some people sit on steps in the background.
