Behind it, several people sit on the ground near white square platforms and a tall tapering brown stone column, with black Nandi-style bull statues and yellow-and-orange garlands along the bases. Palm trees surround the area. A woman in the right foreground wears an orange shawl over white clothes and sits with hands in lap. Others in white robes, some with yellow shawls, sit in meditation or quiet posture. Visible people are seated, not in procession.
