A man in a white shirt with a rudraksha mala and a red mark on his forehead stands near the centre-right, looking toward the camera, while others in yellow and white shirts and saris crowd around the doorway. A row of men in white shirts and dhotis stand along the road, some holding cameras or papers, while a richly decorated float or palanquin with gold and red drapery and flowers is lit on the right. Tamil signage appears on the awning. Several onlookers and a child in a grey shirt and dhoti stand at the left. Blurred motion and streetlights mark an evening ratha procession.2006-11-04November 01 20062006-11-01Night photograph at a temple entrance lit with string lights and a green Tamil signboard above. In the centre a man with long swept-back dark hair wears an orange-saffron dhoti and shawl, a long gold-beaded necklace and a red forehead mark, walking forward with a smile. Around him men in white shirts and dhotis, several with orange shawls, walk alongside; one in the foreground holds a small pink-marked object. A uniformed police officer stands in the background near the gate. Probable Swamiji cues: long swept-back hair, saffron ornate clothing and a gold necklace, consistent with the page claim; he is shown in person in the procession.2006-12-04February 07 20172017-02-07 +1 copiesMay 31 20122012-05-31
