Interior view of a colonnade in a South Indian temple, looking down a long row of grey stone pillars with carved brackets. Each bracket is painted and carved with rearing lions and yali-like figures, and the ceiling above holds a sequence of circular medallions painted in concentric rings of red, green, blue and orange. Pendant lamps hang from the ceiling at intervals. At the far end of the corridor a white gopuram-style structure is visible through the arches. No people are present in the frame.
