Outdoor photo of a grassy compound at an ashram-style event, with a corrugated tin-roofed shelter on bamboo poles at left and a white boundary wall and low buildings behind. A group of about six people walks across the lawn in the early light: most wear white dhotis and shirts with saffron-orange shawls, and one figure at left in an orange garment with bare upper body walks away from the camera. A man at right carries a black bag. A row of small flags is strung along the right wall, and a tall flagpole stands at right under a clear blue sky.

In the centre, a long-haired figure in a saffron-orange robe walks barefoot, wearing a saffron shawl and a white garland, with a sannyasi in orange robes beside him. Around them are men in white dhotis and white shirts, some wearing white shawls with red borders, and a few in plain white clothes. On the right, a line of display boards stands near a low white building with a green roof. Several figures in white are visible in the distance. The scene has a procession-like feel.2011-09-08A photograph of a group of people walking along a dirt path at dusk past trees and a small thatched hut. In the foreground, a figure in a bright orange-saffron robe with a matching shawl walks ahead of a line of followers in white dhotis and orange shawls. In the centre a tall man with long dark hair wears a flowing orange-saffron robe and walks barefoot. Beside him a younger man in a white kurta and an orange shawl carries a bag. Others in white dhotis and orange shawls walk behind, including a shaved-headed man at left. The mood is an ordinary evening walk around the ashram grounds, with a white-and-gold building rising behind the trees.2007-12-07December 07 20072007-12-07December 07 20072007-12-07December 07 20072007-12-07December 07 20072007-12-07September 20 20062006-09-20Four men walk barefoot across a green lawn in daylight, toward a covered open-sided stage with a raised red-edged platform and draped matting. The man second from right wears a long saffron-orange robe with his right arm bent in front. Beside him, a man in orange clothing with a brown wrap walks at left-centre. At far left, a man in white kurta and trousers walks in slippers, and an older man in white clothing stands behind the orange-robed figure. Beside and behind him, several men wear white dhotis and white shirts with orange-saffron shawls draped over the shoulders, one with a shaved head. A man on the right wears an orange-red top with an orange shawl and holds a small object. A videographer with a camera stands at the left edge. The scene suggests an arrival or return procession at an ashram.2007-12-07December 07 20072007-12-07
