A woman in a cream and gold sari with a light blue hairnet grates a red beetroot over a wooden chopping board in a large commercial kitchen. Steel prep tables hold a bowl of whole beetroots, heaps of beetroot peel, green beans and sliced carrots. Stainless steel pots and gas cylinders line the industrial floor under a corrugated roof. A lanyard with an ID badge hangs on her chest, and a wall plaque is visible in the background. No a person candidate is visible.

In the foreground, a stainless steel trolley holds fresh tomatoes and heaps of green leafy herbs, with more greens in a blue bin and a red crate. Several workers in orange and saffron clothing move around the kitchen: a young woman in a pink top and orange skirt stands at left chopping produce, an older woman in orange sits near the back, a man in a dark shirt and a man in a yellow shirt with white cloth stand at the middle stoves, and a woman in white is at the right. Large steel cooking pots, kadais and a blue gas cylinder sit on counters beneath wall clocks and ceiling fans.2010-02-12January 20 20192019-01-20Annadhan in 20132013-01-01 +1 copiesJanuary 20 20192019-01-20A large institutional kitchen with white walls, exposed steel roof trusses and red-brown floor. Heaps of carrots, green beans, pumpkins, gourds, cucumbers, potatoes and leafy greens lie on a burlap sack. A large steel cooking pot sits at the left edge, and a rose-coloured wall stands behind them.
