Night procession photographed with a bright flash-like light glare in the centre. Rows of people in orange and red saffron robes walk at left, several with arms outstretched, and a large dark umbrella or canopy sits over a palanquin or raised platform. Red flags on poles stand against the dark background, and illuminated vehicles or structures glow with green and yellow lights at the top. Dark-clothed people and spectators fill the right side. The scene reads as a nighttime ratha or procession with devotees.

A large crowd, roughly several dozen people, walks together; many wear orange or saffron and red clothing, and some wear white dhotis. Several umbrellas, one orange and ornate, are held aloft above the group, and a drum is carried on the right. The strong beam creates long shadows across the ground. The figures are mostly silhouetted, and no individual can be identified as a specific presenter.2016-09-15
