A street procession on a wide divided road, with a long line of people in white clothing and many orange-saffron flags marching along the left side. A decorated vehicle with gold and red ornamentation and a red Vodafone banner on its roof is the centrepiece, followed by marchers. Cars, motorcycles and a small white van share the road. Multi-storey buildings with shop signs line the right side, with several people watching from a rooftop and balcony. Palm trees and a pale hazy sky complete the scene.

Many people in white clothes walk in a long line on the pavement, several carrying orange and saffron flags, with a red banner visible near the middle. Vehicles travel on the road: motorcycles, a yellow-bodied van, white trucks and a red-and-white lorry. Beside the road stand a pink multi-storey building with shuttered shops, roadside stalls and palm trees. Individual figures are too small and distant to identify, and no candidate is distinguishable, so a person's presence is uncertain.2009-02-05February 16 20092009-02-16 +1 copiesPhotograph taken from an overpass of a long procession on a multi-lane road lined with shops, parked vehicles and autorickshaws.
